How to install
- Pay for the plan — the QR code arrives by email and in the order page right away.
- On iPhone tap “Install”, on Android scan the QR code. Do it at home over Wi‑Fi.
- After landing, turn on the eSIM and data roaming for it. The plan starts on first connection.
Questions before a flight
Does my phone support eSIM?
iPhone XS and newer, most Samsung Galaxy S and Google Pixel phones from 2019. Quick check: dial *#06# — if you see an EID line, eSIM works.
When should I install it?
At home over Wi‑Fi, a day or two before the flight. The plan only starts on first connection in the destination.
Will my phone number keep working?
Yes. The eSIM is for data only; your main SIM stays for calls and texts. WhatsApp and Telegram keep your number.
What if it doesn’t work?
Write to support: we’ll check the profile with the operator and replace the eSIM if the problem is on our side.
Can I share the connection (hotspot)?
On most plans — yes. It’s shown on the destination page.
